Strength in numbers, right?!?  Come out and find camaraderie in our Saturday morning run group.  At the beginning of each session, we will provide content on some area of health, wellness, or performance in regard to running.  This will provide us an opportunity for further discussion during the run, as your coach will be running with you.  This group is great for runners who are looking to build mileage into their aerobic base but do not feel comfortable in large, pace-varied group runs.  As such, it is geared more toward runners who are rediscovering fitness after a break or have been dabbling in a consistent running program for less than two years.
