     Thomas Stott

Tom attended the University of Maryland and then graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Montgomery College in Takoma Park, MD. He then went on to receive his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University. Tom has worked with patients and athletes of all ages and caliber. He is also certified as a personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Assosciation and a running coach by the USATF and the Road Runners Club of America.

Tom ran track and cross country through high school and in college. Though talented in high school, he learned that it takes a special athlete to compete in Division I collegiate running. After fighting for a varsity spot for two years, Tom transitioned to the sport of triathlon, competing for the Maryland Multisport Club. He has since returned to a running-based race schedule and currently competes in local road and trail races.

Tom diversifies his own workouts as much as possible, running five times per weeks, participating in cycling, rock climbing, yoga, CrossFit, and other endeavors. Having acquired a number of overuse injuries throughout his early career, Tom recognizes the importance of injury prevention. He also knows that the average athlete does not have the luxuries afforded to the professional one, yet he understands that every athlete expects to perform like one.

Conrad Laskowski

Conrad graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in mechanical engineering where he also competed for the men's cross country and track & field teams. Conrad has ten years of experience designing medical devices, 20 years of running experience, is a USATF Certified Running Coach, and is still posting running performances, including a 65th place finish at the 2014 Chicago Marathon, a 2:26 at the 2015 Berlin Marathon, and a 14th place finish at the 2016 LA Marathon.

As a young man, Conrad enjoyed baseball, football, soccer, snowboarding, drumming, and swimming. With a strong foundation in playing outside and the good fortune of having a stellar coach and talented teammates, Conrad was well-poised for running success come high school. By senior year he was ranked nationally in the indoor 3200m and distance medley relay, but more importantly he learned that the lasting memories in one's life are the experiences earned and shared alongside others.

Conrad is honored to share his knowledge and passion for enduring with his fellow runners, aspiring athletes of all types, and those rehabbing from injury or surgery. Conrad has personally learned many lessons about overcoming the physical and mental hurdles of a long athletic career, including overcoming hip surgery himself, and loves being part of a team that helps other do the same!
