Mondays 9am - 2:15pm

Tuesdays 9am - 2:15pm

Wednesdays 9am - 5pm

Thursdays (selected Thursdays only) 12-2:30pm or 9am-2:15pm

Fridays (selected Fridays only) 9am-2:15pm

Virtual appointments can be found on Tuesdays and selected Thursdays and Fridays.

Our in-office and virtual appointment times will be shifting to a new set schedule beginning September of 2021 as noted above. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to squeeze in patients after hours because of our family commitments. We highly recommend booking appointments in advance as the schedule tends to book up 2-3 months ahead of time. Appointments are easily made by the patient through the scheduling feature: click here. We ask that our patients make and cancel their appointments only through this feature. Please do not call or email to reschedule.

We do not have set phone or email hours as Dr. Patty is a solo practitioner without office staff. Please do not email new questions. We advise our patients to save new questions for appointment times so a conversation can be had. If there is an emergency, please seek emergency medical care. Tom attempts to stay on top of communication as soon as he is able to do so. We thank you for your patience and understanding this is a small practice dealing with a high case load of complex patients, focusing on the patient within appointment sessions.
