We are a cash-based practice, meaning we do not accept or work with most insurance companies. There are many reasons for this, but most importantly, we do not contact or coordinate with our clients' insurance companies, as we are extremely treatment-focused. Spending time with insurance companies takes away from time with our patients. Our providers are responsible for all aspects of the company and our priorities are quality treatment and providing up-to-date information to our clients. Financially, our small company is unable to devote time to the ins-and-outs of insurance communication, while still being able to maintain our level of quality.

Payment is only due at the completion of the session; you will not be charged before your session. We accept credit card and cash payments in full. Please be sure you are aware of our cancellation policy, as there are no-show fees and charges if the cancellation is within 24 hours.

We can provide super bills to our clients that request them. The super bills will provide the NPI number for the provider and the EIN number for the company, along with ICD-10 codes and CPT codes. We do not provide any other information to our clients. Please be sure to let us know during your appointment that you would like a superbill. It will be emailed directly to you once your office note is complete. We do not email, call, or fax your chart information to any third party. You will have access to your notes if you would like those as well. Let us know, and you'll be able to send them to your doctors or insurance company. Again, we do not interact with insurance companies on your behalf but hope to provide you with the tools that may help you in reimbursement, if that is possible.

Having your notes and superbill with our information does not guarantee reimbursement. Please be sure to talk with your insurance company if you are looking to be reimbursed and discuss with them the information you will be able to provide them after your visit with us. We try to keep our rates very affordable with our cash-based services to our clients. We understand many rely on insurance coverage, and additional fees are stressful. Unfortunately, we do not offer any sliding scales or discounts.
